Returns & Exchanges

Every piece of Superlove Merino is made to be beautifully soft, timeless, and long-lasting. But if yours isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Try everything on first — just keep the label attached.
Please note: because Merino is a natural fibre, your garment will gently draw in by around 2–5% after washing. We design with this in mind, so if your piece feels just a touch roomier before its first wash, that’s all part of the plan.

If for any reason you’re not totally happy with something, simply return it within 90 days of your order, unworn, in its original condition with the label still attached. Please pop the returns form (on the back of your dispatch note) into the parcel so we know what action to take. Then, we’ll either exchange it (subject to stock) or refund the amount you paid for the item — whichever you prefer.

Every Superlove piece is carefully made to last. If a genuine fault arises during use, we’ll happily replace or refund your item for up to a year after purchase (or two years for our sleeping bag range). Normal wear and tear or damage is not covered by this, nor is laundry misadventure, but our team of wool geeks are always on hand if you’re unsure which applies. 

🌱 A quick note on return postage
We’re a small, independent brand working hard to keep our footprint light. While we’re happy to cover return postage within the UK, for international orders we kindly ask customers to arrange their own return shipping. This helps us avoid building hidden costs into our prices and ensures we can stay true to what matters most — creating long-lasting Merino clothing, made ethically and sustainably.
