As we’re a small brand based in the UK, unfortunately, we’re not able to cover the cost of international returns. But we do offer a subsidised prepaid returns option that aims to make the process easy, avoid hidden taxes and charges and caps the cost at a flat rate of S$ 19 (charge deducted from your refund).

Enter your order number (include the # prefix at the start of the number). Then follow the process through to print your label.

You can choose to send the parcel back yourself using any preferred postal service. This can occasionally be cheaper than the above method - especially if the parcel is small (or less than 500g in weight).

If you do choose this option, please:

1. Clearly mark the parcel as:

“Returned goods – origin UK – no commercial value – HS code 9813.00.00” (this is important to ensure import taxes are not erroneously applied on re-entry to the UK)

2. Ensure you keep your proof of postage

All Superlove clothing is guaranteed for 1 year, and our Merino sleeping bags are guaranteed for 2 years. During this time, we’ll happily help with any fault, issue or problem related to how your item was made.

As with all natural fibres, normal wear and tear isn’t covered, and neither are laundry misadventures. That said, if you’re unsure what’s caused an issue, our team of wool geeks is always on hand to help diagnose what’s going on and advise on the best next steps.

A Note on Return Costs

We’re a small, independent brand working hard to keep our footprint light. For international orders we do need to charge a fee to cover return shipping. This helps us avoid building hidden costs into our prices and ensures we can stay true to what matters most - creating long-lasting Merino clothing, made ethically and sustainably.
