We know how exciting it is to get a parcel so we ship quickly to ensure you have your hands on some super soft Superlove as soon as possible. We'll keep you informed in the rare event of a delay. We ship daily (M-F) and you can choose from a range of services to suit you. Orders received by 1pm will be shipped the same day.

Please note import duties may vary from country to country, we will do our best to minimise these for our customers but regret that we cannot take responsibility for them.  

Customs procedures / checks are applied randomly from country to country and can occasionally hold international orders up beyond the estimates above. This is something entirely beyond our control. We will always take special care to document parcels correctly to avoid unnecessary issues. However if your parcel is urgently required within a specific time-frame, you are advised to select the courier service option. 

Returns

We are sure you'll love your beautiful soft Superlove Merino, but if you do need to send something back. Here’s how it all works:
Try everything on first but do keep the label attached. If for any reason you are not totally happy with anything, please return the item to us within 45 days of receipt, unworn in original condition with the label still attached. Then, we’ll either exchange it (as long we have the items in stock), or we’ll refund you the amount you paid for the item - whichever you prefer!

We are all about fair & reasonable, so if something happens through normal wear, that’s covered, but if care instructions haven't been followed or damage has occurred through something outside of our control, then unfortunately maybe not :) 
You can return anything up to a year after your order arrives if it’s faulty. In any case, just get in touch with us at care@superlovemerino.com and we'll help you get things sorted.

We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us, to cover you in case your parcel is lost on its way back to us. Please note that the postage cost for returning an item can only be refunded if the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.
