Orders made before Christmas can be returned right up to the 28th of February 2022
We are sure you'll love your beautiful soft Superlove Merino, but if you do need to send something back. Here’s how it all works:
Try everything on first but do keep the label attached. If for any reason you are not totally happy with anything, please return the item to us within 28 days of receipt, unworn in original condition with the label still attached. Please fill in and include the returns form (on the back of your dispatch note) so we know what action to take. Then, we’ll either exchange it (as long we have the items in stock), or we’ll refund you the amount you paid for the item - whichever you prefer!
We are all about fair & reasonable, so if something happens through normal wear, that’s covered, but if care instructions haven't been followed or damage has occurred through something outside of our control, then unfortunately maybe not :)
You can return anything up to a year after your order arrives if it’s faulty. In any case, just get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll help you get things sorted.

UK returns are FREE ; you have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. You can return via the returns portal, by clicking the button below.
Once your return is labelled and ready to go you can drop it at any Royal Mail post office or post box
OR if it is more convenient Royal Mail now also offer a low cost collection service
For International returns you will need to pay for your return*
We are working on a way to improve support for international returns, but in the meantime we cannot cover this cost on a parcel by parcel basis unfortunately.
Please send parcels to the address below and ensure you complete any customs information correctly marking the item as a 'return' to avoid incurring VAT and or duty charges on re-entry to the UK
