Most Superlove products are made and delivered from our own solar-powered production studio in the English Lake District. We ship daily M-F and orders placed before 12pm will usually go out the same day.

Customs and Taxes on International (non EU) Orders

Customs and import regulations vary widely from country to country, we are careful with our paperwork and will do our best to check and minimise these for our customers, but regret that unless specified for your country on the product pages, we cannot take any responsibility for these - as they are totally outside of our control. If in doubt, we recommend double-checking with your local authorities for the most up to date information on any customs charges before ordering. 

We are currently able to prepay VAT and Duties for all countries within the EU and Israel.

We won't send you any plastic to make you feel sad. All our packaging, including our mailers, are made from recycled kraft paper or bio-films made from plants - that are fully home compostible.
