All Superlove clothing is guaranteed for 1 year, and our Merino sleeping bags are guaranteed for 2 years. During this time, we’ll happily help with any fault, issue or problem related to how your item was made.

As with all natural fibres, normal wear and tear isn’t covered, and neither are laundry misadventures. That said, if you’re unsure what’s caused an issue, our team of wool geeks is always on hand to help diagnose what’s going on and advise on the best next steps.

A Note on Return Costs

We’re a small, independent brand working hard to keep our footprint light. For international orders we do need to charge a fee to cover return shipping. This helps us avoid building hidden costs into our prices and ensures we can stay true to what matters most - creating long-lasting Merino clothing, made ethically and sustainably.
