We are open 24/7 online and continuing to ship worldwide from Monday to Friday as normal.
Superlove Merino is very fortunate that we produce all our products in-house. This puts us in a really positive position with all the flexibility and control over our environment needed to practise 100% separation between our staff. And so we are thankfully able to continue to safely keep delivering what you need for your little ones. We're continuing to closely monitor guidelines as they evolve.
How are we doing things?
Some of our team are working from home and we have re-organised our studio space and adopted shiftwork to keep a separation between others. We've always been a clean space, however, we are operating heightened sanitizing protocols using regular handwashing, gloves, non-toxic 70% alcohol content hand sanitizers and surface cleaners to conduct regular deep cleaning of all surfaces.
Can I safely continue to receive parcels?
Royal Mail are now operating contact-free delivery of parcels, so you can safely receive them
They are temporarily not handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Delivery staff will instead log the name of the person accepting the item, and can sign on their behalf.
For all customers (including those who are self-isolating) receiving a parcel that won’t fit through the letterbox, Royal Mail will place the item at the door. Having knocked on the door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while the customer retrieves their item. This will ensure the item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
If the customer is unable to come to the door, Royal Mail will issue a ‘Something for You’ card, advising of other ways they can arrange to get their item. For example, by getting a friend or family member to collect the parcel from the local Customer Service Point on their behalf. They will need to bring along the card we left and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to.
Will my orders arrive on time?
At Superlove we are fully operational in line with current guidelines and all orders are still being dispatched quickly. Postal and Courier services are running, however they have universally advised that there are logistical challenges happening and that delays are unfortunately still possible. Please bear this in mind when tracking parcels and try to allow a few extra days before contacting us about parcels. As we are not ourselves able to do anything about the delays being encountered out there.
In rare cases, some international regions have closed. A current list of affected countries can be found here.
